Roxanne's Glue-Baste-It is 100% water soluble and dries in minutes, holds firmly until you want to loosen it, and does not feel still when dry. Temporary basting for appliques, hems, bindings, and more. Water-soluble, pH neutral, and dries clear. Holds firmly until moistened or washed.
