Classes that are running in 2026
You will be required to bring your own machine in good working order to all of your classes
You must book in to any class you wish to attend you can not just turn up. A non-refundable deposit will be required, this is a different amount for each class.
One-on-one lessons - With Danielle or Judith. $50.00 per hour.
⦁ How to use your sewing machine - most brands and types
⦁ Private lessons
There are not specific times allocated for these classes it just depends on demand and when staff are available.
Dressmaking - With Danielle - $40.00 per person per class
⦁ Every Tuesday - 10am - 1pm Beginners and Advance student's welcome. You work on your choice of project.
⦁ Monthly on a Saturday - 9.30 - 12.30 Beginner classes to be run on the second Saturday of each month beginning 11 April 2026.
Sit and Sew - Fridays during school term - 10:00 to 2:30pm $30 per person.
⦁ Social sewing at its finest. Sewing can be such a solo endeavour it is nice to get out and meet new people. Bring a project and make full use of our cutting benches and mats, irons and ironing boards. Tea & Coffee Supplied.
Bernina Club - With Danielle
Please arrive at 10:15 for a 10:30 start Membership and classes are February to November on the second Monday of each month. Yearly fees are $65.00. This is a demonstration class only. NO machine required. Morning Tea is supplied
We have some great projects in mind this year to truly expand your sewing knowledge and as part of your membership you get 10% off haberdashery and fabrics only purchased in store on the day of Bernina Club.

Please keep your eye on our social media for school holiday classes. A machine will be required and a guardian for students under 10 years old

Sewing Basics
Learn how to thread a machine, wind a bobbin work a machine and sew different types of seams. Essential before joining a sewing class if you are a beginner; will be held as required.
Expressions of Interest for special project classes;

Monthly Patchwork and Quilting Classes with our tutor - Pam Furniss
For beginners and advanced students.
You can work on one of Pams quilts, a Sampler or even your own project with her guidance.
Non refundable deposit required when booking.
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday per month. $55.00 CASH per day 9:30am - 3pm.
